ABOUT - Leiza Clark Holistic Coach
For more than 20 years, Leiza has been deeply engaged in the study of self-development, expanded consciousness, and spirituality. Her work is informed by extensive research into metaphysics, neuroplasticity, and quantum physics, allowing her to bridge scientific understanding with conscious awareness and the intelligent energy that underlies human experience.
This ongoing exploration has shaped the work she does today, which is work she is deeply committed to and passionate about sharing with others.
Leiza’s approach is holistic and integrative, focusing on the whole person: body, mind, and spirit. Central to her work is the understanding of heart–mind coherence and the way coherent heart rhythms influence brain function, emotional regulation, and energetic balance. She supports individuals in recognising different states of awareness, understanding the roles of the conscious and subconscious mind, and learning how alignment between the heart, mind, and nervous system shapes emotional, psychological, energetic, and spiritual wellbeing.
Her aim is to guide people toward a deeper understanding of themselves. By helping individuals cultivate greater clarity, reduced stress and gain a renewed sense of energy, healing and new lease on life.
Whilst maintaining confidentiality, Leiza works with gender-neutral individuals from culturally diverse backgrounds. Including a variety of sectors, from CEO’s, corporate executives, legal professionals, health services, doctors & medical specialists, finance experts, teachers, actors and entertainers, parents, professional athletes, university professors, students, healers & spiritual workers.
LEIZA CLARK - BACKGROUND
Prior to her current holistic practice, Leiza's former occupations consisted of various executive management roles. Her last position held before starting her holistic practice was as the Human Resources manager for one of Australia's leading privately owned retailers, Crazy Clark's Variety Stores. Leiza established and directed the HR department for over 10 years until the business was sold in the year 2002. On commencing her role at Crazy Clark's, the business had only 4 retail stores and Leiza played a key role in recruiting staff to build the business to 130 company-owned retail stores, with over 1600 employees, before the business was sold to Millers Retail Ltd.
Following the sale of Crazy Clark’s, Leiza and her former partner turned their focus towards expanding their business interests and pursuing new opportunities. During this period, Leiza became a mother to two daughters while continuing to develop her professional and creative pursuits.
Leiza subsequently undertook further study before writing her first book, Female Entrepreneurs – Leading Australian Business Women, published by New Holland Publishers. The book went on to receive national recognition, being ranked among the 'Top 10 Best-Selling Business and Inspirational Books' and gaining recognition across leading Australian publications, including The Daily Telegraph, The Sydney Morning Herald, The Australian, The Weekend Australian, and The Canberra Times.
Further recognition followed through Australian Money Magazine’s prestigious 'Best of the Best Awards', where Female Entrepreneurs – Leading Australian Business Women was ranked fifth among the Top 10 Best Business & Financial Books of the year.
Leiza’s passion for personal development began in her early twenties and has continued to shape her life and work ever since. Driven by a deep curiosity about the human experience, she has dedicated many years to exploring the complexities of the brain, different levels of consciousness, spirituality, and the relationship between mind, body, and human potential.
Over the years, Leiza has undertaken extensive study, specialised training, and independent research, learning from and engaging with internationally recognised doctors, scientists, teachers, and thought leaders dedicated to advancing our understanding of psychological, neurological, physiological, and spiritual wellbeing. Her multidisciplinary journey has led her to explore the intersections of science, consciousness, energy, and spirituality, continually expanding her knowledge and perspective.
Leiza has also completed a range of clinical studies and nationally recognised and accredited training programs at various government approved educational institutions across Australia, as well as undertaking further studies with internationally recognised teachers, doctors, and scientists in the United States and the United Kingdom. Among these was her study and deep dive into the advancement of psychic science and metaphysics at the Arthur Findlay College (AFC) Essex UK, an internationally renowned residential centre dedicated to the study of the paranormal, including evidential psychic mediumship methods and energy healing.
In 2010, Leiza opened her private practice, offering holistic emotional well-being coaching and therapy. Since 2018, Leiza has travelled internationally, offering her expertise and experience in supporting numerous world-recognised and acclaimed doctors, scientists, thought and leaders across the fields of quantum physics, neuroscience, epigenetics, psychology, metaphysics, spirituality, and philosophy. During the COVID-19 pandemic, she transitioned her business to providing remote consultations to her clients and has continued to this day.
Leiza continues to work with clients locally and internationally online, while pursuing an ongoing journey of research, sharing her knowledge, insights, and experience to guide others.
